Sichuan Chamber of International Commerce in HongKong has its membership system, which contains member, group member and associate member.

Membership Requirements:

Any enterprises and public institutions with good reputation, legally registered in Sichuan, and engaged in international business and activities , at the same time, admitting our rules and fulfilling its obligation can apply for our member.

1. Enterprises and public institutions which are engaged in international business and activities

2. Oversea ,Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises in Sichuan

3. Representative offices of overseas enterprises in Sichuan

Any other international chamber in our city, under the guidance of us, can apply for our member.

Any economic groups with good reputation, legally registered in Sichuan, and engaged in international business and activities , at the same time, admitting our rules and fulfilling its obligation can apply for our member.

Admission Process

Submit the application form. Fill in the content truthfully and indicate its wish to be a member、group member or associate member. Also manifest its wish to be vice-chairman、executive member of the council、director of the unit and member unit.

Submit the copy of business license、social organization registration certificate or other legally certificates

The council examines and approves new member、group member and associate member, issues the certificate and puts on records.

Rights and obligation

Rights

1. The member has the right to vote and stand for election.

2. The member can bring forward opinions and suggestions.

3. The member can participate the activities that held by our chamber.

4. The member has the right to get the service and assistance favourably and preferentially.

5. The member can quit by its own volition.

Obligation

1. The member must follow our constitution，carry out the resolution and maintain our rights、interests and reputation.

2. The member must support and assume the  commissioned work.

3. The member must pay dues on time. The fee standard and payment method can be seen on anther page.

4. The associate member has the same rights and obligation except the voting and being elected rights and no dues free.

When member、group member and associate member quit , the Secretariat must get the written notice, at the same time, members need to return the certificate and other material which can prove its memberships. Members will lose its membership if they do not pay dues on time for two years and the Secretariat will take back its certificate and other materials, further publish the news on our website and other periodical.

If any member, group member or associate member seriously violate our constitution or do something harm on our reputation, approved by council, we will expunge them from our membership. If member arrest the judgment, they ought to lodge a appeal to the council, the council will reply. Further to convene a general meeting of the members on occasion.
